Mila AI & Mila Pro — Terms of Service & EULA

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Mila AI, Mila Pro, VisionForge Studio, and related applications and services (“Service”), operated by Kyma Social AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription to the Service across Web, Apple iOS / iPadOS / macOS, or Android, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2 Apple Standard EULA Incorporation (iOS & Apple Devices)

For users accessing the Service via applications downloaded through the Apple App Store, this Agreement incorporates by reference the terms of the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) provided by Apple Inc., available at:

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Apple Standard EULA, the terms granting greater consumer protection shall prevail. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Service or its content.

3 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Mila Pro offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions unlocking full platform features, unlimited messaging, live voice chat, VisionForge creative studio, and advanced developer tools.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price indicated above.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime by navigating to your App Store Account Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4 User Ownership of Generated Works & Code

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all user-generated content, source code, workstations, applications, interactive documents, media files, and prompts created using Mila AI.

Kyma Social AI claims no ownership or copyright in the applications you build or the outputs produced through your prompts. You are free to export, deploy, license, sell, or commercially distribute your workstation creations and code without royalties or license fees owed to Kyma Social AI.

5 Generative AI Capabilities & Responsible Use

Mila utilizes frontier artificial intelligence models, natural voice synthesis engines, and real-time computation tools to assist you with programming, research, creative brainstorming, and data analysis.

• AI Guidance: While Mila strives for high precision, AI models may occasionally produce approximations or inaccurate statements. You are responsible for reviewing critical code, calculations, and medical/legal decisions.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use Mila to develop malware, execute cyberattacks, engage in fraud, or generate unlawful or defamatory content.
